TRC’s vision is to provide high quality services for refugees and immigrants to enable them to resettle and make a positive contribution to society. TRC aims to empower disadvantaged people to act on their own to meet their needs by helping them develop their skills, knowledge and attributes.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Tamil Relief Centre’s purpose is to provide a range of needs-led services of excellent quality for refugees and immigrants to enable them to settle in the United Kingdom and make a positive contribution to society in general. TRC aims to improve the quality of life of displaced people by making our services accessible and available to all peoples of the local community and in greater London.

In carrying out our purpose TRC recognises that all people have needs to be met and that the social inclusion of all groups in the community will assist the integration of displaced minority groups.

TRC aims to assist all our service users to thrive and achieve their potential by empowering them to have their needs met in line with the UN Convention on Human Rights by promoting their physical, social, mental, educational, and economic well-being in all aspects of our service delivery.
